45 degree block angle high performance CNC dash fittings for dash lines with nitrile/NBR core
The all-rounder for performance tuning and club sports
The 200 series dash fittings are installed in combination with steel braided lines with a nitrile inner lining.
The 200 series is particularly suitable for the construction of engine oil, cooling water and air systems. The dash cables in this series are extremely flexible due to the nitrile/NBR core and can be easily laid even in tight assemblies.
The 200 series is available in sizes from AN-04 to AN-20.
For the construction of fuel systems we recommend using the T9 series. This is equipped with an outgassing-free core made of PTFE.
Two body variants in sizes AN-04 to AN-12
The bent dash fittings or dash connectors of the 200 series are available in sizes AN-04, AN-06, AN-08, AN-10 and AN-12 in two Variants available.
Variant 1: CNC high-performance body
The classic design with a one-piece CNC high-performance body that transports the medium without any internal seams without turbulence and without the risk of foaming.
Variant 2: MaxFlow Body
Stealth Performance's MaxFlow design is an evolution of the classic CNC high-performance fitting body. These bodies reduce the back pressure inside the dash fitting by up to 40% and are suitable for all systems that are designed for maximum performance.
The benefits of Stealth Performance's dash fittings
In addition to a flow-optimized design, Stealth Performance's dash fittings feature a one-piece CNC body that allows the transport of the medium without internal turbulence or cavitation. In contrast to welded fittings, using the one-piece CNC dash fittings from Stealth Performance reduces the risk of massive loss of performance many times over.
Sealing of the rotation compensation
In all curved variants, the rotating compensation is provided with a Viton seal and prevents leaks and annoying sweating of the dash fittings.
Dash systems - the solution for the highest demands
The so-called Dash/AN line systems (AN = ARMY/NAVY) enable the construction of lines that must meet the highest standards. Therefore, the dash line systems are used in almost all professionally built racing and club sports vehicles when oil, water or fuel systems need to be designed.
